Prison Spawn

Im selling a prison spawn it has 4 mines and 4 room going off from the spawn, this is the first build I am selling on here and do need to money first so I not asking much I just need to money asap if you are interested you can come and view the spawn in person as at the moment is on a private server. It is however slightly incomplete as I don't have time to finish it as Im in need of money recently that is why i'm selling it for what I think is cheap on here, also since this is my first post on here if I miss anything please inform me thanks.

I definitely can take some screenshot with the default texture pack ill post them next, but proof would be hard i don't really take many screenshots of my builds part way through but i could probable show some screenshot of core protect logging the blocks at different locations around the build if that helps prove I built it.

Here are some screenshots of the builds with default texture pack, also did 2 of each one with full gamma and one without (50% brightness) so that people could see what the difference is and what a lot of people might see when playing on it.

I'm not post farming. I know a lot of people do that for rates but I do it because I genuinely think something looks good. I know it feels good when people appreciate your work.

Why should the BIN be so low? It isn't the highest quality though and the price should be lowered a bit, but it's still a pretty big build with okay quality. I think 40$-45$ would be a better price for this build.

For this quality of builds, someone can just commission a build team and a get better quality, for the same price as you stated.
