First of all, thanks for taking a look at this thread! I will be starting up a prison server called PrisonedMC on the future, but for now I have to recruit a manager, that will help me with preparing the server. Managers will be paid with a percentage of the donations, when the server is up. The preferred candidate should have: 1)Experience on another server 2)Age 15+ 3)Maturity 4)Motivation 5)Ability to commit 4-5 hours per week to the server.

Experience:
I have ran towny servers, which have been successful with a 30 player playerbase (without any advertising) however they are now for sale.
