Private cape account section

Hello, In my opinion i think you should add a private cape account section. account must be 350$ + value to be sold there. For example someone has a cobalt or translator cape. so many fucking dicks get them locked when they see them on cape accounts. or maybe someone wants to sell a double triple or even all capes on one account. i think this is a great idea

Cape accounts with multiple capes have been listed there previously.

Mick referred to it originally as a "private account" sub-forum for a reason, not necessarily just OGs.

Might as well change ''Semi OG'' to ''Semi-OG Accounts'' for the Semi section, looks way better.

We've renamed the forum to 'Private OG Accounts' which makes it a bit better, but ultimately I don't think this is a major problem.
