loans where only people with rep can see, so we don't have to bother with low reps asking for stupid shit and wasting our time.

OG's got a private section since there are problems related to accounts getting locked when they are open for the general public.
Every person with a decent traffic of people wanting to purchase/sell stuff from/to you will get stupid requests and time-wasters, not just loaners. Cant give every section a private section just because people get some minutes wasted here and there.

Make a decent and CLEAR TOS that states the requirments of dealing with you. rep, posts, join date, whatever. When someone you don't want to deal with approaches you, point to the TOS and say no. 1,2,3 eazy peazy, if they start drama then block

No, but I have ran a investment service that is 10x more cancer. If you arent able to deal with people using your time then dont be the front person of your service, or dont have a service at all. Didnt really convince me otherwise by calling me out, try again

The point of the thread is to let him do his services peacefully. It's pretty dumb to ask him to remove his service completely when he's trying to improve it

I agree with Taiga here. If we're going to introduce a new forum for "reputable" people for loaning, we might as well do the same for every service right? Have a forum for selling builds and development too?

MC accounts was a different situation completely, it wasn't so that people's threads weren't spammed by people deemed non-reputable, but was to prevent people's concerns about account locking.

Its not that, people tend to struggle to find loans of higher amounts, thats all I am saying. Reputable people. But I understand your point and you have opened my eyes to why this should not be a thing.
