Description: A PrivateMine plugin that syncs in with UltraPrisonCore. Must be allowed to reset it with a command (the owner), basically like JetPrisonMines but in a PrivateMine form where the owner can build anywhere on their private mine and add people so others are also able to mine in their PrivateMine. They should also auto-generate WorldGaurd regions on creation to prevent others from damaging pmines they aren't trusted in (/trust <ign>) as well as to prevent players from mining in a PrivateMine they are not trusted in. Also having an option to tax if they are on the Public list.
