Adding things like previous work, vouches, will massively improve the quality and response you'll get on your thread.
EDIT: Also, maybe considering vouch copies to users with high reputation will assist you throughout what you're wanting to do, this way users can see the quality of the work you produce and that'll help new users looking at your service to decide if they want to deal with you and your team or not.

Please don't take this in the wrong way, just trying to give you helpful tips to benefit your thread + your time here.
