Vouch, very fast in speed , ran a webserver & teamspeak and a test garrysmod server off this.

HUGGE VOUCH! Although I didn't purchase a VM, I purchased a dedicated server (buy-out) hardware instead. The transaction was very smooth, he provisioned my server super quick too! No runescape botting is CPU extensive even with mirror mode from tribot or osbot you'd be over pushing these CPU nodes, you want to have good single core performance for rs botting.

I have newer machines such as E3 1270v1s and v3s, they would be perfect.
