Problem/Issue with VPS

I am currently encountering an issue with my VPS. After resetting my iptables fpr my firewall this issue started occurring. I don't know if this is the cause but as soon as this happened this started to happen. Whenever I attempt to start up the main bungee server I get this error: https://hastebin.com/eneveximip.css

And along with any other server I try to start up, it seems whenever it tries to connect to but just times out and fails. Any product with a key that has to check if its valid fails. Eventually, the server does bootup after ~1 minutes time but it doesn't actually go up when I try to connect to them on Minecraft. If any of you were wondering yes all of the keys and databases were working before and all the servers would work perfectly. https://hastebin.com/abobetabuk.shell

I have no idea why this is happening but if any of you could try to help me out it would be amazing.
