Problem with mouse click gets fire

Dear people,

I have a really weird bug. When I try to click with my right mouse on people and Citizens villagers, it sets them immediately on fire (even in a protected zone by WorldGuard). And when I try to click with my left mouse for pvping, it is not possible, (outside the spawn). This problem just came at a certain point random. Someone who can help me with this?

I assume this happens on your server only, try removing plugins and see if it makes any difference.
