I have a Lenovo Z51-70 Ideapad, that was shipped of for repair (nothing about hardware, shell made a clicking noise). When it came back I was pretty statisfied. Now I encounter a problem. It is supposed to have a Radeon R7 M360 video chip in it, which showed before the repair but is now gone. Doesn't show up in the Device Manager and isn't used for 3D-Applications.

Correct drivers have been installed, it seems that the actual chip is gone.
Anyone has an idea what could fix it?

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Thank you for the quick reply, but I already did that. The AMD wizard even tells me that there is no AMD Hardware in the system.

It is always possible but I doubt something like that happened. It was sent back to the Lenovo Factory, those guys should know what they are doing.

It's always worth opening your machine and looking. You might never know what they've done, the only way you can find out is if you try.

To everyone that was so kind to reply, Thank you!
The problem has been fixed, somehow it became a hidden and not installed device!
