Problem with Network Manager need help ASAP

I have a problem with my server. When I start the server it starts and it automatically restarts and then it stops. After these errors and a bunch of other errors it stops. Also only Lobby 2 works, when I want to connect to another lobby I get this message, it means that the server is offline, but the lobbies are online?...:

I thought it had something to do with the bungee then or with Network Manager but I've tried to replace the jar from the bungee but no succes. Hope someone can help me out here.
