Problem with NPC's

Hello everyone,

Whenever I create a NPC who has a command binded, after about an hour or so it just forgets / deletes the command.
Anyone any idea how to resolve this?
Please help me out
My server is running on 1.13.2.
I do have Citizens2, to run CommandNPC for higher versions.
We have a Prison server.

you should use citizenscmd but every time you make a change use /citizens save
