I've been making worlds for my server with WorldPainter for a while, but everytime i need to render ir and it take like ~10 hours to process then upload it to the server that take like 15 hours more, i want to know if it's possible to upload the .world file to the dedicated server then render it with some programs, i'm using Centos 7 so it's not the same as windows

Yes, there looks to be a world painter version for Linux. You could setup VNC on the server. Connect to its desktop remotely and use world painter just like you would on your own PC.

Also, what size worlds are you making? Or is your PC just that old? Because even on my old i3 PC, you'd need to have a map 12K or larger to take 10 hours.

wow, what? it takes 10 hours for a 6K on a 2.1 ghz? How many dozens of layers are you using? a 6K with 15 layers would take my old PC 3 hours, and my current one 60-80 minutes.... There is something off there.
Still, I assume your internet is the reason why it takes forever to upload to the server, so you might as well do it on there to save at least THAT time.

I'm using a lot of custom layers and blocks, for the entire map, also it + the MC open + Google Chrome + Sony vegas oppened it's more time and my upload speed is 0.5Mbit/s

oh yea, the sony vegas wont help. Are you rendering on that as well? Because I've exported worlds with over 50 custom layers before, and even those never took 10 hours at 6K.
