Professional and Dedicated Build team Manager for hire! {PAID}

We are looking for a strong leader who can work independently to recruit and manage the build team. They will work closely with the owner. The Manager will be paid a percentage of commissions made from the build team. (more info when messaged).

Responsibiites of the manager:
1. Full dedication to refract builds
2. Strong communication between the owner and builders
3. Work closely and with the builders on commissions
4. Recruiting talented builders.
5. Independant and strong management of the builds.
6. Has to be a good builder.

*Not required to communicate with clients.

Refract Builds currently consists of 10 dedicated builders, 1 owner and 1 Manger (different management to required).

We have constant commissions, and a growing reputation. We aim to offer a professional, friendly and quality service.

Our team takes a 15% commission from each build to help pay for quality hosting, websties, designs, graphics and advertisement.

The manager will be paid some of this percentage and paid as the builders would be.

We were successful until I decided to prioritize college preparation and I brought that to a halt. I'm looking to get back into a strong team and I'm on the fence about your team right now. Do you mind providing some information about your team, it's structure, who are your builders or just how many you have. For a manager to be able to be fully committed to you you must be able to provide some open information and more private information upon interviews to present your team in a professional manner.

So if you don't mind providing some of that it'd be great. It'll help me decide which side of the fence I'm on.
