Why I think I have what it takes to become Mod/Helper?
Simply I'm mature, professional, experienced, creative, and determined to make any server that I play on a better place. I enjoy helping communities, and it's been something I've been doing for a long time. I believe my skills and specialties would be a major help to your staff team and server in general, and I'm hoping to have the chance to make a big impact here. Again, as mentioned above, my extensive experience and knowledge of servers, server administration, and server moderation are a big benefit, and this server and your staff team could really benefit it.

3. I do know commands for moderator (Most)
4. I will make sure no one breaks the rules; if they do they will be punished. (Kick or Temp Ban even Permanent Ban, depending on how bad it is)
5. I have been admin and moderator on a few other servers so I know how the rank works and what it takes
6. I will be responsible with the rank and make sure the community stays healthy.
7. I know the code of conduct and know the proper punishment for rule breaking depending on the rule broken and the severity of the offense.
8. I try to get everyone to vote for the server.
