Hello guys, I'm in need of a couple very high-quality builds

My budget is $3k+

Everything prison related is galactic/galaxy theme
Prison Spawn - 300x300
Crates area (7 crates)
No mines
Blackmarket (npc, somewhat hidden)
Shop NPC
Warps NPC
Info NPC
Tutorial NPC
Baltop NPC
Ruby top NPC
Towny top NPC
Blacksmith NPC
Portal to planet
Towny NPC

Mines:
A-President (38 ranks): Galaxy
Donator (11 ranks): Galaxy
PvP Arena - 100x100


Towny Spawn - 200x200,


Custom towny map - 25kx25k,

Everything towny is natural/medieval
All of the npcs are considered to have shops in the spawn

towny map needs to include 10 villages all within the first 1k of the middle of the map (spawn is in the middle)

I want the highest quality possible
Mines are 100x100, mining area is 40x40x50 do not use bedrock for the mines, detail them all the way down
