Professional Builders/Plugin Developers

This is not a quick thread, but one where we are looking to budget and create a team of:

1-10 Builders (would just need a budget for an upcoming project that might commence ASAP, but would like a long-term relationship for builders (1+ years)

1-3 Plugin Developers who have proven track records with Skyblock, WorldGuard, possibly Capture the Flag, Economy, or other Mini-Games...also Paid Subscription to Levels

We are looking to have this budget in place in the next week, with more updates to follow. But consistent work over the next year would be of highest consideration. As I am relatively new here, I'd love to hear the rates along with a quick sample of possibilities. Again, fairly quiet on what we are looking at, but would just love to hear what is out there.

You mentioned rates. If you want actual professional developers instead of just freelancers be prepared to pay people a full time salary.
