DO you have a portfolio? This is essential for clients to know what you are capable of. Do you have reputation? If not are you doing vouch copies?

With a somewhat lack luster portfolio, it sorta seems you should change your terms of conditions, until you increase your reputation. Though nice pricing, very affordable! Far more reasonable than other teams, only concern is your TOS.

I suggest giving away one-three vouch copies just to get yourself some reputation and to know you're not a scam.

Its not 50% before the deal, it's 50% when the build is half done. quite possible, if they set a solid point on what 50% done is.

There's an option to offer 'vouch copies', which basically mean you do a small job for free so you can get a vouch from the person that your service is legit.
If you do offer them, make sure to select people with a decent number of vouches themselves. A vouch from someone who's just as new as you is not gonna be very valuable
