Hey, I'm the manager of a new community under the name of 'InfinityPvP'. We recently decided that we want to implement a GuiShop plugin however it can be rather tedious to set it up, for us. I and the owner decided that we will hire someone to config the shop for us so that players will be able to buy blocks/items and sell them as well. I would like to know what category this would fall under and if I may have your Skype to further contact?

He said he could setup the voting so i paid him. then he took forever and didnt even do it right. And then blocked me when i told him it didnt work
Did he not comment like a week ago in response to you saying it was finished? Proof of scam etc?
