Hey dude, we're (well I am at least) not here to make fun of people. If you really want to do something as plugin developer, you should start with a nice looking thread, with proper english.
Just promise people that they can test the plugin to make sure you are not making it up and that everything is working properly. And if that person thinks you did a good job they will vouch you, and you could build up something.

Btw, the naming of the function is a bit weird, now it looks like the function is called when the player gets opped, onPlayerLogin would be a better name.

It's a login event, once the player logs into their server it Ops them, onPlayerLogin is just nu.

I am aiming on proper function naming, if you call it onOp, it looks like it's getting called, on opping of a player.
handleOp, setOp, makeOp would be better. onPlayerLogin would be still the best though.

By the way, I don't know much about the mcpi module, but if it runs in the mainthread of the server, isn't it really stupid to sleep(2) ? Anyone know if mcpi is available for normal minecraft and not only on the Raspberry Pi ?
