Professional Developer (Will be paid)

I am the current Owner of ArdentHCF and I am currently looking for a professional developer who would like to be paid. You will be paid for everything you do at the end of the map.
Please message me if you are good with the following things.

Configing very nicely
Code plugins in 1 month or less
Ability to develop with others
Ability to code advanced plugin
Ability to be on 4-5 hours a day
Maturity levels very high
A lot of experience

Currently, we already have a developer but one or two more would be pleasing Ambrosia.​

For example, lets see you did minor bug fixes it will be 20-30 dollars. Or if it's a large plugin 150-200 dollars or whatever price we agree on at the end of the map

You didn't answer my question, are you paying for work up front, or after the work is all done and the map is finished? Most people here, pretty much everyone, won't work and then have you pay them months later.

We wouldn't pay them month's later I don't want to waste $1000 on a developer who does nothing for a map. I'd rather pay them for the amount
