I'm looking for a custom discord bot for my staffing service. There are many features I would like to have implemented within the bot.
The bot needs to have a basic ticketing system. The role "Support Staff" & "Founder" needs to be added to the tickets. The tickets need to be created within the "tickets" category.
Obvious -add & -remove. The ticket needs to be created with the name of the person who used the "-new" command. So if I made a ticket the ticket would be called "ticket-bear" or if Joe made the ticket it would be called "Ticket-Joe." I want the Support Staff and Founders to be able to use the "-pending" command which would add "-pending" to the end of the ticket name and give the user who originally made the ticket (the person with the client rank in this case the "Pending Vouch" role.) The Support Staff should also be able to use the "-lf" command which would simply add "-lf" to the end of the ticket name. Next I would like to add the "-call" command. The call command could be used by Support Staff. They would type "-call <message>" and it would post the message in the channel "prime-calls." At the end of the message it would say "Type the command '-####' in vouched-staff to enter the queue" For each call message the # would add by one, sort of like a listing which adds by one every time a new one is created. Anyone who uses -queue <code> will see everyone who used the command with that code, so if I were to use -queue 0001 it would show everyone who use the command -0001 from the prime call.
