What is includes:
Spawn:
2 Information Boards - Rules, etc.
Level 30 Enchanting Area, With Anvils
Shop Area.
Arena:
2 Houses.
1 Big Market.
Mountain around the arena connected by a wall.

Hi, a very nice arena!
A few questions:
1) Is it still for sale?
2) What's the size of the arena?
3) Is it possible to bid only for the arena without the spawn for 4$? I'm interested in using it for a slightly different purpose, so I don't really need the spawn.
