What do I specialize in?
Discord Setup: Nothing too special but something someone should know how to do. I know how to create a Discord channel professionally. I can install bots & have them working smoothly. I know how to setup all the perms & ranks.
Staff Builds: I know what it takes to build a good & strong staff team. The staff group is the most important thing a server needs. If your staff isn't doing their job or breaking rules themselves then the players will not respect them or the server. A Strong staff team can create a strong community.
Configuration: I understand & been working with configs. I have created server setups about 20+ times in my time on Minecraft. Skyblock, Factions, Hub, ETC. I can edit any plugins config and make it look clean and professional. Crates, Chestcommands, Messages, Kits, ETC.
Xenforo Management: I been working with Xenforo websites for about 6+ months. I learned how to use the Xenforo admin page and install threads and such. I do not know how to install plugins or xenforo. I only know how to edit/add/remove Perms & ranks & threads and sections. I can setup rules & punishments and roles as well.
Community Events: Well, I can host community events. The community or Staff team will come up with ideas on what we can do for Events, I can host them. Example: Faction server we had a Staff Base created with 10 floors. The first few floors are easy to get but not easy. Each floor we have staff guarding the loot. Each floor has loot. Once the players reach the top floor its over and the players win & keep all the loot.
Streaming: I just started to learn how to stream on YouTube. I plan to get into streaming on Minecraft and get paid someday to just play on servers and stream. I can stream every now and then on your server to help build a community. This will also have people respect the staff when they see me playing the server correctly and fairly.

Well, my name is Anthony. I am currently a Manager at Little Caesars and been working with the company for almost over a year. I live in Texas in a trailer with my Girlfriend and Best friend. We have been living here for 3 months now and what do I love doing? Well, I enjoy smoking & hanging out with my friends. We smoke every Saturday and watch the new Dragon Ball Super. I listen to everything, I like underground rappers and hard core metal or heavy metal. Here is a list of some artists I like. Pouya, Suicide Boys, Ghostmane, ThyArtIsMurder, Chelsea grin, XXX, Fat Nick, IdkJeffery, Xavier Wulf, Token, Bones, Lil Dicky. I listen to all music and much more artists, this is a small list. I am a very friendly kind of person and easy to get along with.
