Hello there, I'm an experienced manager that is looking for work, I'll be able to dedicate about 6-12 hours a day and I consider myself a highly motivated person with an amazing work ethic, I'll always be eager to meet all the goals that you assign to me and I'll always do my best to succeed your expectations,

I'm a very big believer in professionalism and I love everything to be handled professionally, I'll always do my best to handle all situations in the most professional manner as possible and take everything into account, I am never biased and I always do my best to effective and professional,

I believe I'm more mature than most people these days, I'm always calm and patient, I'm very accepting, I think you should let me join your staff team because I believe I would be a great addition.

  2. Been staff on multiple big GMOD communities.
  3. Multiple small 50-150 servers that I've been admin on but all of them went down for various reasons
  4. Been staffing on Minecraft for over 2.5 years now

In this field of work age doesn't really matter, I'm a very experienced and mature manager, But I'm glad to hear that you have an efficient manager.

Age doesn't matter due to the fact that its maturity you are judged on... You are saying if a 13-year-old was as mature as a 23-year old that you would not hire them? Why because of when they were born.
