First off I want to introduce my self to everyone reading this. My name is Mason and I am 15 years of age. I am offering me to your server to help you build it up and get essential stuff you need in a server.

What I am willing to work with
- A minecraft server that is some what known OR an upcoming server
- A discord server community (big or small doesn't matter)

What my skills are

* Good at finding and searching for professional staff
* VERY good communication skills
* Fluent in English
* A lot of past experience in management (discord and minecraft)
* I am very creative with ideas

What specifically can I do

Minecraft
Highly trained in buycraft / marketing for a server
Recruitment for staff
Managing a community with forum post, announcements etc...
Very knowledgeable on commands in-game for minecraft
Good at holding interviews for trainees

Discord
I know how to setup bots and configuration
Very well knowledgeable on discord essentials (roles, text channels, ranks, commands etc...)
Professional announcements and what not
Recruiting staff to the team
Community work

Payment and Information

Regarding payments and what not I am not going to put on the forums how much I want for my work / expect we can discuses in DM's. Payment also depends on the hours you are wanting me to put in. I will say that I will not be going over 5+ hours of work a day but anything lower we can discuses about.

Past Experience

Tg's discord - I was a moderator here for the discord. The member count was like 3k members I was Mason
BeastPvP discord - I was a manager here for the discord. Member count was around like 1.2k.
Valux discord + mc server - the forums of it.
Faithful Minecraft Server - Helper here
DexT MC server - Server count at active was like 75-100 players online.
