Hello everyone, My name is ZyloHD a 14 year old minecrafte, and I'm new to Mc-Market. I don't have many post but I have been looking at threads and I'm loving the community! 
The reason I'm here today is to offer my experience to a professional and loving server.
My Staff Morals: I am very good with rewarding staff with promotions shootouts ETC. I feel when you say someone’s doing a good job and they have something to work towards then they tend to work harder and I love to implement that with my work I do for servers. I make sure staff know they are cared for so they do their job the best they can. This is how a staff team grows and works along together. My morals as a manager is how I feel the staff can grow as an amazing team and we won't have to worry about them abusing or arguing or anything of that nature because with this, They can agree to disagree and know there roles and such.
Servers I have experience with: Most of my management comes from faction servers, The reason for this is that I simply love factions and I love playing it, But as a manager I know I need to expand in what I do and the field I'm in, So I started learning HCF staff rules and such. I decided to work for a friends small HCF server so that I can grow my experience with that also. Even then I knew I wasn't done with expanding my experience! I then worked for minigame servers and ArenaPvP servers so I can learn how hackers work how they hide there hacks and how to blend in so hackers think I'm a regular player. I feel PvP have most hackers ( Almost every server is PvP) but I still focus mainly on PvP servers.
My Experience: My biggest experience is most likely a server by the name of ReactiveMC which is now MineSuperior. I was an Administrator on there faction server about 6-8 months back. I was also an Head-Moderator on there ArenaPvP / Duel server. This was my favorite server ever, I had so much fun and grew so much through it! I also was a Network-Manager on a server named Vexel, Which closed due to lack of motivation by the owner. I have owned so previous server which I would not like to mention due to the small size and not worth you guys time. I have also been managers on more servers but still not worth mentioning. I am currently manager on a Network named CrucialMC. I am manager on their KitPvP server which is even more experience to the PvP side of me. One of the last servers I wanna mention is a server named IncidiousFactions which its now called, I was manager on it when the original owners owned it, Xxcaliver and Colby some may so " YOU DIDNT OWN THAT" But the 2 listed are the original owners which was almost a year back. that grew me alot, It had about 30-50 players on daily and it was alot of fun.
Advertising: One thing I forgot to mention is I am very good with advertising. I know how to get connected with youtubers and get them to record. I also will help with signing up on website to help advertise our server and much more.
My Manager Role: What I will do as a manager is host events, Manage forums create roles and such through forums also. Mainly is server management, I will make sure the server is running smoothly and all the staff members are doing there jobs, I will also manage staff promotions, demotions, and shoutouts ( As I mentioned above ) . The last thing is recruit staff for the server, You never have to worry about me recruiting unprofessional, immature, or idiotic staff because i choose the best quality. I don't deal with immaturity ETC, And I know my other staff won't either. I know simply configs and how to install plugins just don't expect me to custom code.
About Me: I love minecraft, I also love reading and I know I was a born leader. I love helping grow server and seeing players say " i'm having so much fun" I'm have a leadership position in my boy scout group and I love the out doors.
