Hello, everyone. I'm Zach, a 14 year old boy from the UK. I am looking for a place to work where I am able to use my skills and help the server rise. I am a professional Manager and I am able to do Configuration, Recruitment, Systems, Discord and I am able to do much more! I am looking to work on some small minecraft servers where I am able to help with the discord server and the main minecraft server itself. Here are some of the skills I am able to do and then I'll say my experience.

Configuration

Configuration isn't that much of a big deal to me. I am fully able to edit the plugins configuration and I am able to change the settings and help with the server to be able to expand the plugins so they can be the best they can be and so it can be more professional. I am able to also reconigze the plugins and I can easily edit the configurations of any plugin. I am not a plugin developer but I am able to set up plugins which is good enough.

Recruiting

I am able to send out successful recruitment threads and it's not that hard to be able to recruit players. I am able to make cool thread designs for sending out the recruitment threads and I am able to recruit players, go through interviews with them and I am able to have a whole staff team decision on who to accept and who shouldn't be accepted and who should get interviewed and put into a pending stage.

Discord Setups

I am very talented at setting up discord servers, making roles and I am fully capable of doing the permissions on the rules and in the text channels. I am able to do professional layouts with the categories and I am able to do the general permissions and I am capable of making succesful and professional discord servers. I am able to recruit players onto it and I am able to lay it out.

Experience

I have had loads of experience with being Manager on server. I have been Community Manager on a few servers, I have been Staff Manager on a few and I have learnt many skills which is above. I am still looking to be one of the best person and I am still looking to be able to develop higher skills into servers and discord servers. I have been working on minecraft servers for almost years now and I am fully capable with working with all my skills on the discord servers and the minecraft servers.
