I'm Alfred, a 16 year old boy from England. I have many skills such as honesty, positivity and maturity and I have been playing minecraft for 3 years. I am looking for somewhere to work where I am able to get involved with decisions and I am able to help with the moderation of the server. I am capable of moderating players and spending a good amount of time on the server so I can be actively moderating and dealing with different situations players get in. I know how to resolve reports or how to respond maturely to a ban appeal and I am well experienced of 3 years of working on different servers. I have moderated different professional forums and I am fully capable with most forum softwares on how to deal with threads or moderation throughout forum software. The best one I've worked on was a XenForo one when the minecraft server didn't release, I'll give you more information about that soon.
Skills:
As I said, I have many skills which can benefit the server such as being honest through situations and giving my honest opinions which can need a bit of maturity if you're honest as you know the right thing to do. I am able to spend a good amount of time on the server and I am able to be positive on how the server will turn out or just generally positive on things that may happen through my life. I have many other skills and I am able to be confident throughout times like positive and I am able to belive in the server to be able to expand into a great network full of fun and ideas.
Experience:
I've had so much experience with working to minecraft servers to working on professional forums. I was working on a server forums called 'OPPlanets' for a week until I decided to resign as I wasn't familiar with the community. I was moderating the community for old friends and I was communicating with different staff members to help improve the forums. I have also had experience with moderating and even leading minecraft servers such as Cafee and MedFun. They were a creative and survival server which I done the permissions and had a custom built spawn and a custom logo on it. Cafee is still currently active as a discord server and we are also recruiting.
