I am looking for a small team of people who will be available Mon-Fri to help my small clothing brand with live support chats with our customers. This is a volunteer job and you are doing it out of the kindness of your heart. We are looking to open our website within the next week or so, so I'd like applications flowing through soon. I can not promise any pay as of yet, however if we do get some what big, you will have a guaranteed job at the company and I might pay you

If you want someone just half-decent, then I suggest that you pay. You don't need to pay an insane amount but just a little sum. Otherwise, you will get a lot of young immature people (In my experience.)
