My name is Brendan or Bdarkslayer. I am 16 years old and have been owning servers for nearly two years with almost three years of experience in Minecraft. I am here to offer my expertise in server management. I have worked closely with many owners for around 2 years. While owning a few servers myself, I helped manage others.

Hellblock.org » Owner | On Hellblock, I tend to many things. This includes updating the server, managing the staff team, scheduling events, and optimising gameplay. I also did some basic web development with the help of a private developer.
WizRaid » Owner | WizRaid is my new Factions server that will be opening very soon. I have been hard at work the past few weeks planning the server and scheduling services. I have been gathering a staff team to help newer players and moderate the server.
SSF Network » Manager | SSF was a network containing 5 servers. It had Factions, Prison, SkyWars and Create (+ the hub). I managed the staff team and the back-end server properties. This included updates, adding in new features and scheduling custom projects.
GalaxyRealms » Head Moderator | On Galaxy Realms, I was one of the head moderators. As a head mod, I had to evaluate the staff team and their performance. If I noticed any issues, I would report them to the owner and admn so they could discuss a plan of action. I also interacted with the community to ensure and amazing experience.
Skyblock.org » Moderator | On Skyblock, I was a highly active moderator. I tended to many server related issues. I responded to reports, appeals and help requests as well as moderated the server. I also helped build a few things for the server. While online in-game, I had to investigate many playerbase issues.

I have also been other various ranks on other servers but didn't include them as I didn't do too much. My abilities were limited on those servers.
So, what do I have to offer? Below, I have a list of the possible tasks that I can commit my time to. If you need something that is not on the list, please ask me via Skype.
- Staff Management - If needed, I can manage your staff team. I can make sure that your staff members receive the training they need to moderate correctly on the server based on your guidelines. On top of training, I can evaluate them in many of my own ways that we will discuss. I can be in charge of promoting and demoting staff members when needed.
- Server Updating and Configuration - I don't set up servers as a service anymore. However, if you would like to put me in charge of updating and adding new features in, feel free.
- Project Management - I can help plan and develop plans to make your server better. This includes contacting the correct people to get the job done (developers, youtubers, builders, etc.).
- Event Planning - I will plan events for your players to join and enjoy. Not only does this promote gameplay, it will make your server popular*.
I do not have any set payment plans that I am looking for as of right now. We will discuss what is needed and what your offer is via Skype. From there, we will decide upon a plan that we both agree on.
