- How much time per day can you devote to your duties as a staff member?: Depending on the day, 1-5 hours
- Why we should choose you?: because i'm a (decent) person who likes waffles
- What can you do that others can't: I can make so many bad puns you'll consider hating me. I also have a good eye for people using hacks.
- Will you support the server financially?: Depends if I have the money.

- Owner of a server called PulsePvP , it averaged 30-50 players daily and had over 10,000 unique logins.
- I am currently Admin on a Upcoming Network that is expected to be popular , Its owned by 2 very experienced owners in the Minecraft community (Not allowed go into detail)
- I was admin on a Factions server which averaged 60 players per day.
- Sr.Moderator on a PvP server called Cove which maintained 250+ players a day.
- Moderator on SpainPvP which still maintains 300-400 players. IP : spainpvp.com
- Moderator on MCGamer which is the first ever Survival Games Server that at the time had 5000 players continuously and now gets an average of 3000 players a day.
- A few small servers that i helped and dont feel i need to mention.
- Strengths/Specialties: I would call myself a very good leader as well as a very good moderator. I have managed my own Network and have taken control of large events throughout different servers. When given the moderator Position on Cove , I was promoted within 2 months , one of the fastest promotions to ever take place on the server. As a Sr.Moderator , I was in charge of conducting interviews and making sure the community was happy as well as dealing with Ban disputes. I was in charge of the Community Q&A , This proves i do t crumble under pressure when there are over 40 people listening to you speak which is a good skill that can benefit any staff team. Going back to my Ownership of PulsePvP , Within this Job i was in charge of the community and staff. I done every part of advertisement for the server and was in constant contact with YouTubers to try help our server succeed and grow , I managed to get over 10,000 unique logins on the server single handedly. I conducted Interviews and ran staff meetings , another way that proves i am good under pressure.

- How much time per day can you devote to your duties as a staff member?: I can not say a certain amount of time due to different circumstances i may be in on different days , however i can assure you that i can be on 1-2 per day , More Depending on the day.
- Why we should choose you?: You mentioned you wanted someone with alot of experience and after reviewing other applicants i feel i am by far the best candidate. Not only with my experience can i benefit your staff team but also with my determination and courage to get a job done, When i am told to do something i can do it reasonable amount of time and i can easily stick to deadlines. I know how to run a staff team in a professional manner as i was taught to by an ex-Admin on MCGamer so his traits have rubbed off on me. I have a strict side to me however if someone needs a shoulder i am always there.
- What can you do that other can't?: Lead a staff team correctly and Help a small upcoming server grow quickly. It was also my decision to Have a sale on my server for the first month and we raised over $300 in one month.

We are looking for experienced staff. When I gave you a task you said "Oh Im not good at that" You don't have any experience what so ever. You don't have any idea what it is like running a server. There is a reason why people get Trial-Moderator.

- Previous experiences in a moderation position - I haven't worked as a moderator before, most of my experience being a staff for any server are Network Manager / Developer.
- Strengths/Specialties - I'd say my biggest strength is my determination and focus. If I get granted the position as Moderator, I will be able to give 110% of my effort into this server making sure it grows and is a fun experience for the players.

- Do you have any bans on other Minecraft servers? If so, please list them - I have been banned on kohi. I was falsely banned in the ban wave.
- How much time per day can you devote to your duties as a staff member? - On the weekdays, I can offer about 3-4 hours, and on weekdays if I don't have plans I can offer close to 10+ hours.
- Why we should choose you? - There isnt much special to me to be honest, what I can promise though is my complete devotion to the server and my obedience to higher staff members.
- What can you do that other can't - I have worked as a developer for about a year so i can defiantly help the developers.
