Greetings! I'm Hugify and I'm still fairly new to the MC Market scene and I'd like to introduce myself here as well as post my resume here. Throughout this thread, I will describe myself and my work ethics and perhaps you can see what I can do to benefit you and your community. If you have any questions throughout the thread, add me on Discord - Qrow#7414 or send me a pm!
Basic General Knowledge :
I'm currently 17, turning 18 on the 12 of February and I have a great passion for gaming, whether it'd be other games or Minecraft itself. I'm still currently enrolled in High School and will be graduating as the Class of 2017 on June 8th. I've received several awards throughout school such as Student of the Month in the English Department of 2014. I'm dedicated, loyal, and passionate about the work I always produce and I always love to maintain a level of professionalism.
What makes me stand out?
What makes me stand out from everyone else that you may be looking for is that I'm very professional, I always maintain a sense of security for other players to protect them from breaking terms and conditions, and I love assisting players. Helping others is a way for me to pay it forward as lots of family members and friends have helped me out and it is the only way to ensure that I have a better personality for myself, as well as simply assisting another player in any way I can.
Past Experiences :
I've worked and became a part of many staff teams before. Although I don't think most of the servers I have became apart of are on MC Market. Here's a couple of my past experiences:
Former Counter Craft Trainee
During my prime as a Trainee for CC, I've assisted in many simple general knowledge questions and tickets, as well as moderating chat, improving the server by sending my suggestions and opinions, as well as maintaining a fun and safe environment for players to enjoy. As this is a competitive server, I've also encouraged players to join PUGs.
Former Private Server Maplestory SuperGM (Head Administrator)
As a SuperGM, my job was to help develop new content for the server itself and advertise. My job was also to help moderate the forums, ingame, and train new and upcoming GameMasters. I've also managed new applications, as well as changing and developing rules.
Former Director (Owner) of a Garry's Mod Community
As a Director, I had to manage my staff team, develop new content updates, and manage the community. As we expanded onto new servers and gamemodes, I had to help moderate for a few other servers as they were short on staff and set out their rules and regulations. Managing an entire community's staff team was proven to be difficult, but I managed to get through it.
Former XternityPixelmon Administrator
As part of a low staff team, my job was almost everything. From advertising, to managing applications and the staff team itself, it was a hard and tough job. It really pushed my limits on what I could do to help improve the server. Regardless, it helped improve my personality and taught me patience.
Former Unity Network Entry Administrator
Again, this community has a low staff team except I didn't do as much as I did in Xternity. My responsibilities were to help out with support tickets, general knowledge questions, and advertising. Moderating a chat was very simply and an easy job for me to do, but at the same time it was very pleasant as the community had a very relaxed atmosphere.
Former Developer of ChiraqRP
As a developer, it was my job to meet deadlines for new and upcoming content updates and to fix issues and bugs within the game. I not only developed content itself, but I also managed the Teamspeak, forums and in game as I was soon promoted to an Administrator two weeks after I signed up to become a developer, although I have no image proof of it, apologies.
Former Co-Owner of AMR CTDM
As a Co-Owner of a server within a community, it was my job to hold staff meetings to discuss issues within the server, manage the staff team itself, moderate the forums, push content updates, and maintaining a safe and competitive atmosphere. This was my prime as I was a Co-Owner for about 7 months for the server. If you would like to speak with the Owner as a recommendation, please notify me.
I've also been apart of many RSPS communities, but I have no proof of that as there were far too many. If you're looking for a very serious and professional staff member to add to your team, I think I'd be the perfect fit to join your community and team! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please send me a private message or a reply.
