FlucidMC- Managers, staff required!​

FlucidMC is a network which will be very unique and full of community idea's coming from our dedicated players and staff, FlucidMC is very unique in many different ways, all income will go back into the server, builders & developers come at a cost, and can be very expensive donations cover these fee's.

Staff
Our staff thrive to give you the best experience you can, and we are here to recruit some of you on here to be trained by our higher member of staff members so we can become one of the biggest community's around which people can enjoy without any issues and problems, One thing you have to think about is, our staff are all volunteers and are not paid, We do hope to pay our developers & builders in the near future when the server opens.

Money
FlucidMC is run on donations, yes it may sound stupid,
we are a NPO (Not for Profit Organization) and will put every £ & $ back into the server, proof can be given if need be, Giftcards & Special events will be also included in this money, this does include something we call Community Speach, this is where we ask our user's what they want to happen to the server next and how we could improve it.

Server
Our server is run on amazing powerful dedicated servers hosted in NA, EU, FR, US and proxies are ran across all other countries, These servers are well administrated by myself, These servers have a 99.99% uptime as they may go into maintenance 1once per 2-3months for updates and checked over by professional's apart from myself.

Application
Our application process is the same for everyone, any race & religion is accepted, If this was to be a reason we rejected someone we could be prosicuted under the (The Equality Act 2010) Uk Law.
All applications will be interviewed on Skype with a Staff-Manager and then your manager for example if you was accepted for mod, you would be interviewed by a Head-Mod, If you pass the interview process which will be recorded so all staff members are able to listen to your interview and decide as a group. If you do get accepted you may be followed by Higher members of staff for a while, to make sure your doing your job properly, You will also need to attend a 'Training session' just to make sure you understand what to do in certain situations and make sure your doing your job properly.

Shifts
The way our staffing works, is that you get given a 'watch' as I'm a young fire fighter for west midlands fire service, we have 'watch's' I want to use that idea for my network, staff will be given a colour, Red, While, Green, Blue. When a certain watch is off shift, they will not be able to use their permissions against rule breakers, you will also be given a document where you post what time you got on and what time you went off, this is a document to provide if something happen's you can't be blamed.
