Update: Told me he would do the work and gave us no updates for. We then asked him for updates and he said he will finish it by the next day. We waited a day more only for him to tell us He cant do it due to personal issues and then left :/ (Only when we explicitly asked him)
TLDR : Just wasted our time, would have excepted you to tell us earlier if you weren't interested just seems really unprofessional.
