I am a proffesional Manager and I have lots of experience in this area. I have managed multiple servers that are being worked on right now and I believe that my assistance can really support your server. I can do the following as manager:

[+] Create Formats
[+] Lead A Staff Team
[+] Handle Player support
[+] Bring a high level of maturity to the team
[+] Experienced in plugin configuration (yml)

I will be putting countless hours into your server (4-6 hours per day) and doing everything I can to bring it to success. Although I do not want to waste my time putting this effort into a server that would not have potential, so I do have 1 requirement

[+] Owner/Investor must be able to provide the premium plugins and be able to pay a developer.

I will be doing this for free.

As your barely known or anything may make it harder for you to get a job anywhere, I'd suggest trying to get a name of yourself or show some examples of your work or vouchers by the owners saying how your work was.

I'm not trashing simply giving advice as being barely known and can't see any real experience it makes me doubtful of your skills you've listed. I'd suggest make some free jobs here and there for people or try to get some kind of list of experiences such as like "This role at this server" "screenshot/evidence" of that being the case. Hopefully, you understand what I'm trying to imply though good luck getting hired!

I appreciate the advice. I will change this post to free management just so people could get to see what kind of management I do.
