GetYourDeveloper is a competitive profile building platform for developers seeking freelance or full-time jobs. We want to make the hiring as simple as possible, and with two clicks. Developers can create their own portfolio by competing in weekly tournaments earning Division groups, the lower their rating is, the higher they are valued (i.e Div 1: 1-1000 is the highest classification). Users will be rated on their submissions they provide on factors like Time, Design, Topic-centric and etc. This rated system allows us to sort the best freelancer for a particular freelance or full-time job posted on the platform. Companies can hire users based on their profile statistics. The platform as mentioned above allows users to post freelance projects to help better create a legitimate portfolio verification passed directly through the platform. Developers can also attend quizzes for different languages and technologies to better test their knowledge and are ranked on a regional basis motivating for higher scores. The whole profiling system is created to promote competitiveness for making developers compete for ranks.

After a service has been posted, A fifteen-minute window is opened for developers to submit their quotes. After the window closes, the customer can view the quotes and select the best on to their liking. All the quotes are arranged according to competitive factors (i.e. Division Rating, Language Rating, completion rate, user rating and etc) and quotes. The employer can then appoint a freelancer to the project, and they are put in a private chat. After the details are finalized a 50% upfront payment is committed to GYD which will be in a holding pattern until the freelancer completes the service. After which the 100% payment is processed and the project is considered complete. GYD cuts no percentage(%) amount for the transaction or the service, rather a fixed fee is cut which can is exempted for companies hiring for a full-time job. The platform’s main objective is to promote and support hiring for full-time jobs in a manner where skill matters and no college degree. Everyone sits in classes, GYD’s profiling system explicitly displays’ the skill of a user registered in the platform through estimation, competitions and reputation.

This looks intresting, but I am not sure about the second paragraph. The small time limit for the quotes is banking on having a constant large amount of people on, which isnt something you should really be banking on.
