Where is this and how can I reproduce this bug? I can't fix it if I don't know where it is or how to reproduce it.

That's a thing on the regular themes as well as Onyx. That's just how the current shoutbox plugin works, if you notice it also moves that time stamp "A moment ago" just a bit more inwards too. It just kinda makes it stand out. I don't think it's a bug, that's always how it's been.

I can apply the fix via Onyx but I have no idea how to reproduce so I won't be able to fix it. Please be descriptive.
