Profile Picture & Signature

I need 2 custom graphics, one will be a profile picture with 2 versions: one static, the other one with minimal animations just to flex on my Discord nitro / supreme rank. I will also need a simple signature (pls no templates...), no animations, which my name and Discord.
A .psd file / a way to easily edit the text would be preferred.

Need this to be done within 1 week, fairly small budget.
