I know this is a bit extreme but I want a penguin in a business suit with a red tie.

The penguin should be holding a cup of coffee in one hand as well.

I was just doing something with Immortal Services and I was ready to pay and I got no reply for several days.

I find it's faster when it's just the designer and not a service team

Hey, I know you don't want any 'service teams'

But I own a design team with 9 different illustrators so far. You don't have to go with us if you don't want to but you're more than welcome to come see all of their portfolios.

Since we only focus on design, we have a lot of artists and this would get done quickly.

Quote would be anywhere from $15-40 depending on which designer you go with as each of them charge different amounts.
