Profile pictures show up as black in member card on mobile

When you click on someone's profile and their member card pops up (on mobile), their profile picture shows up as black. I have pretty fast internet so it is not a loading issue, though, I have waited a good 30+ seconds on multiple member cards just in case but it's just the same.

Radical dude. Yeah this was likely due to the issues our image proxy server was having a while ago.

I'll move this to the bug report archive, thank you
