C isn't even OOP, it's becoming more and more irrelevant as the years go by. Wake up, C is not even that worth it, it's better to spend time on a more up to date languag. Just because someone does not view your opinion does not mean they lack basic programming knowledge, that's retarded thinking. One Google search and people will tell you just how irrelevant it is.

What, that's why companies like SpaceX still utilize C/C++, due to the underlying control it gives over hardware etc? They suggested it for a commercial setting, and pretty much everyone will agree with that assessment. Just because you don't think it's good as a starting language, doesn't mean you need to start an argument over it.

Simply make your own suggestion, don't criticize others.
