Programming Hub (Discord Group)

Hello everyone,

The other day I made a thread asking for feedback about making a discord group for developers to connect with each other and grow our skills (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/215996/) and after some positive replies and a lot of PMs being sent to me a decided to go ahead with the group!

Some information: This group is for all developers of any skill level (I myself have just started learning java). Here we are able to communicate and get in contact with other developers with ease. We can help each other troubleshoot problems. Share resources/guides that we find useful and just talk in general!

The server will have different 'ranks' marking each user by their different skill levels and what their role (if desired) in the group will be (eg someone with the 'Helper' tag is happy to be sent PMs regarding errors in someones code etc)

NOTE: This group has just been made so there will be some errors and bugs (I hope not too many) that will be floating around and room for a lot of improvement.


UPDATE: The group has now been expanded into a programming hub with channels for most languages such has web development, java, python, java script etc

This is not allowed iirc. Sent in a support ticket about promoting my discord group for designers a while back but got a reply fairly fast stating it's not allowed to promote external communites/groups/gangs.
