Hey! I'm WorldLyf. I am looking for someone in highschool or college that can help me learn web development and other kinds of development.
Requirements:

16+
Nice
Patient
English/British accent
Good at js, html, css, and someother backend languages.
Bonus : Some minecraft plugin/discord bot knowledge!

This is paid, 10$ for 1 hour to 1 and a half hours!

Personally - and I know you've probably heard this - I'd use something like w3schools for html/css/js. It's always there and a good starter. You might pick up someone elses bad habits for coding.
