So right now I'm learning CSS and Java. Once I'm done with Java I'm going to go on to JavaScript, but I first want to know, what program should I get that allows me to use JavaScript. (My main goal at the end of this is to know the basics of making plugins) I've heard Eclipse is the way to go, but I wasn't sure if there was another program, or perhaps even a better program. Please leave in the replies if I'm right or not about learning Java first then JavaScript to make plugins. Also, please leave feedback on what program I should get.

NOTE

JAVA is made for using plugins
JAVASCRIPT is used for website interaction

Look up "thenewboston" on YouTube. He'll explain everything.
