My name is Projecki, but you can call me Alec if you want. I finally created an account on here after lurking for a while.
Some things to know about me:
I am a kind and generally chill person, I'm slow to anger, unless I am directly threatened.
Honesty is my number 1 policy, I will never lie to you, no matter how much I may lose from doing so.
Let me tell you about some of my experiences:
I have experience in being a Community Manager on a small network known as Enchanted Network, where I created the rules, staff guides, application formats for social media people and staff, as well as accepting/denying those applicants. This was an enjoyable experience, but I resigned with some of the other Admins because we did not agree with where the Owner was taking the server. This network has since gone down but I have some documents saved that I had used for the server that I can share with you if you'd like!
My biggest gig as a staff member has to go to Arkham Network. Arkham was at the time I was staff a 2000-3000 players at a time server. I was responsible for moderating chat and helping all those who contacted me across the entire network! I learned a lot while in this position that I feel applies to many staff positions, especially Community Manager! While staff on Arkham I worked directly with an Admin mentor, as well as the Community Manager. I gained tons of knowledge in the fields of staffing and generally handling a staff team. I was demoted for a silly joke with a friend that resulted in the abuse of my power. I have learned from this mistake. I know not to do anything outside of the predetermined staff rules that could result in my demotion. I want to keep a good rep from now on, and I feel that I've already driven over that bump in the road.
I may be looking to offer my free services as a Community/Staff Manager on a smaller network/server once again, so be on the look out for those posts!
