Project Lead for Skyblock/RPG Towny

Hello, I am an owner of a Minecraft Server Network (100+ players on average).

I am looking for a Project Lead to revamp our Skyblock/Towny server. We would prefer someone who can conceptualize ideas from the start to the deployment phase

Scope:
- Researching relevant ideas/trends from servers
- Conceptualize ideas to make a successful server
- Revamp Skyblock server OR RPG Earth-Towny to make it feature-rich and unique.

Preferable requirements:
- Close to timezone GMT +8.
- Knowledge of plugins/configuration
- Knowledge of server optimization
- Knowledge of community management
- Knowledge of community events
- Knowledge of project management (new gamemodes/servers)

Minimum commitment: 5 months.
