Hello! I am Motionic the current staff manager of the Survivors vs Survivors network and we are looking for new applicants to be project leads.

Project leads are the community staff members with the highest-ranking title within the discord and gaming communities. Project lead run and maintain video game servers within the community; they are considered the "owners" of those communities.

Project leads earn 25-50% monthly income generated from donation stores for their hosts and run servers and don't have to put any of their own money in.

Project Lead Expectations:
• Being a project lead means you must be online daily and highly active. You are in charge of running the servers you have created and are assigned to. You must be the face of those servers and represent them accordingly.
• You must be able to handle everything from setting up the server's back-end and maintaining your current support team members assigned to your video game server.
• You must understand how running servers work and how coding/configuration and setting everything up works.
• You must be able to generate income for the video game servers you're leading, and you must be able to come up with a correct and proper donation structure system that supports a high flow of income.
• You must be able to interact and handle very high-stress situations. We expect our project leads to conduct weekly/monthly meetings with their staff team. Failure to keep our community updated and interacted with will result in the removal of the project lead title.
• You must handle changelogs and patch notes according to discord and in-game to ensure players are up to date with the changes you're applying towards the servers.
