I'm a web developer and I do a fair bit of freelancing, but I want to step it up. I'm looking for a sort of hybrid salesperson/project manager to help me get new clients and manage the projects in general.
Ideally:

Speak English (primary or secondary)
Any timezone, but GMT preferred
General understanding of web dev (not languages, just how it works)
Good potential client pool/connections
You'll be paid on a per project basis at an agreed rate if successful.
