Hello all,

Recently I have found myself unable to devote the time and attention required to successfully manage my project, Minecraftia, a non-profit towny server that will have many USPs and twists. The server is ready to launch into BETA and so the successful candidate should be experienced with successful BETA testing.

Alongside this server, I will be running a Mental Health Program which I have already received outstanding community support for in my DMs, which is nice to see. I expect to launch this program just shortly after the server BETA launches or mid-August, whichever comes first.

Key Responsibilities;

• Communicate on behalf of the project with all stakeholders
• Lead the development of the project’s short term and long-term strategy
• Creating and implementing the project’s vision and mission
• Evaluating the work of other members of Senior Management
• Setting strategic goals, ensuring they are SMART
• Chairs all meetings of Senior Management
• Budgeting and Financing, including forecasts
• Tracking performance with the use of KPIs and other targets
• Tend to every need of the project as needed

Pre-Requisites;

• Must have a reasonable amount of time to devote to the project and it's success
• Must have experience in BETA testing and Project Management
• Must have worked in a management position on a similar Minecraft Server/Network
• Must have atleast basic knowledge and understanding of Minecraft Server Development
• Must have excellent communication, time management and team management skills
• Must be a Self Motivated individual with a drive for high standards

Desirable Criteria; *any of these criteria may be applied as needed.

• Atleast 18 years of age as at November 2021
• Professional discord and Mc-Market presence

Upon Appointment;
Upon Appointment to the role, the successful candidate will need to;

• Be active in supporting the success of the project
• Perform a SWOT analysis on the project
• Devise strategies to target Weaknesses and Threats - Security
• Organise the team to take advantage of Opportunities - Growth
• Praise the team based on Strengths - Motivation
• Learn the management style of Minecraftia
• Implement a training plan for training management on the management style
